To me, invitro-fertilization comes veeery close to this idea. It is when we, as Christians, give license to “technology” to fulfill our deepest desires instead of the Lord that we tread on very thin ice. As one who experienced a degree of infertility and ruled out this procedure for the procurement of our family, I find it funny how taboo it is to make the statement that invitro is wrong. We’ve got to make sure emotions don’t cloud our judgement on what is Scripturally sound.
